Acceptable use policy.

1. Keep transactions on the Platform — no circumvention

You may not use the Platform to take a transaction off-platform or to avoid fees, verification, or buyer and seller protections. Specifically, you may not:

• Share or solicit contact information — phone numbers, email addresses, social handles, messaging apps, or off-platform payment handles (Venmo, Cash App, PayPal friends-and-family, Zelle, crypto wallets, and the like) — in order to deal off-platform.
• Direct another user to complete a sale or payment outside the Platform.
• Attempt to evade transaction fees, payment processing, or seller verification.

To protect users, our messaging system automatically detects and removes contact information and off-platform payment details. Do not try to obscure or work around these protections. Off-platform deals carry no protection and are grounds for action against your account.

2. No fraud or manipulation

• No fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive listings.
• No shill bidding, fake offers, or coordinated price manipulation.
• No fake reviews, self-dealing reputation, or any manipulation of ratings, badges, or rankings.
• No chargeback abuse or attempts to obtain items or refunds you are not entitled to.
• No fee avoidance or schemes designed to game the Platform's mechanics.

3. Treat people decently

• No harassment, threats, intimidation, or stalking of other users.
• No hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
• No impersonation of other users, authenticators or graders (PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, and others), or Daily Card Show staff.
• No spam, unsolicited promotion, or off-topic mass messaging.

4. No abuse of the Platform's systems

• No scraping, crawling, bots, or automated access except as we expressly permit.
• No attempts to bypass, disable, or circumvent seller verification or our security controls.
• No probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Platform, and no unauthorized access to accounts or data.
• No uploading of malware, or any activity that disrupts or overloads the Platform.
• One human, one account. No creating multiple or fake accounts.

5. Verification expectations

Sellers may be required to complete identity verification before listing items or responding to wants. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and not misrepresent your identity. We may re-verify accounts, request additional information, or revoke certification if we have reason to believe an account is being used improperly.

6. Consequences

We enforce this policy proportionately. Depending on the severity and history of the violation, we may issue a warning, remove content, limit features, freeze or reverse payouts, suspend an account, or permanently terminate access. Serious violations — including fraud, counterfeiting, off-platform circumvention, and threats — may result in immediate termination without prior warning, and we may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

7. Reporting

If you see behavior that violates this policy, report it to trust@dailycardshow.com. We review reports and act on them as described above.
