Seller Policy.

1. Accurate listings

Describe every item exactly as it is. Use our condition scale without inflation: NM, LP, MP, HP, DMG, with no “Mint” on raw cards. For graded items, state the grading company and grade and a certificate number a buyer can verify. Photos must be of the actual item you are selling, not stock images, for graded slabs and sealed product. Disclose any alteration, trimming, restoration, or flaw plainly. An item must arrive matching its description.

2. Honor your offers

A sealed offer is a commitment. When a buyer accepts, you are agreeing to sell that item at that price in that condition. Do not send offers you are not prepared to fulfill, and do not try to renegotiate or cancel after acceptance because the market moved. Only offer items you actually have in hand.

3. Shipping timeframes

Ship promptly once an order is paid into escrow. The standard is to ship within two business days of payment, with tracking, and to share the tracking number with the buyer in the app. If you cannot meet that window, tell the buyer before they buy or before you ship. Cards must be packed to the standard in the Shipping & Packaging guide. Repeated late or untracked shipments put your seller standing at risk.

4. Prohibited conduct

The following will get a listing removed and can cost you your seller status:

• Counterfeit, reprinted, tampered, or trimmed cards, or tampered slabs, presented as genuine.
• Over-grading, misrepresenting condition, or hiding known flaws.
• Raffles, mystery boxes, repacks, resealed packs, or randomized “breaks.” Anything that puts a chance element between payment and what the buyer receives is banned. See the Prohibited Items Policy.
• Steering buyers off platform, sharing contact details to dodge fees, or pushing irreversible payment like gift cards or crypto.
• Shill bidding, fake reputation, or any attempt to game the leaderboard.

5. Keep deals on the floor

Every part of a transaction belongs in the app: the offer, the messages, the payment, and the shipping confirmation. A deal taken off platform forfeits escrow protection for both sides and never counts toward your reputation. We treat off-platform circumvention as a serious violation.

6. Fees

Daily Card Show charges a 7% + $0.30 fee on the sale price, deducted from your proceeds at payout. On a $100 sale the fee is $7.30, so you receive $92.70. A small processing floor applies on very low-priced cards so the fee covers card-processing costs, which can make the effective rate slightly higher on cheap items. The exact fee is shown before you incur it. Founder Sellers pay a reduced rate. There are no listing fees and no charge for posting offers; the fee only applies when an item sells.

7. Payout terms

Payouts run through Stripe. You must complete Stripe onboarding and connect a payout account before you can be paid. When a buyer accepts, their payment is held in escrow; your proceeds, net of the platform fee, are transferred to your Stripe account when the buyer accepts the card, or automatically 3 days after delivery if the buyer does nothing. When the buyer marks an order received, a 3-day inspection window opens; if a buyer reports a valid not-as-described or non-delivery issue within that window while funds are in escrow, payout is held while it is resolved. Settlement timing from Stripe to your bank follows Stripe's standard schedule. Daily Card Show never holds your balance outside Stripe.

8. Disputes and chargebacks

Work to resolve issues directly with the buyer in the app first. Honest, well-documented sellers who ship with tracking and describe items accurately are in the strongest position if a dispute or chargeback arises. Keep your proof of shipment and your message history. Patterns of unresolved disputes, not-as-described claims, or non-delivery can lead to suspension.
